I can finally see where it gets dark!! I've been fumbling with the key every time I get home after dark for the last few years living at this house. Such a smart design! Saves me the trouble of having to install an expensive front door light and I love how it lights up only when I get to the door!

This little gadget fills a need perfectly. I have no light on my porch, so this is a clever solution. It works as advertised. I have it set to light up only at night and when it detects motion and it's beautiful. However, it IS a bit large for the door. As you can see from the picture, it is a bit too snug against the door frame. I had to carve into the insulated strip on the frame and move the light itself as far to the right as possible. So far, it's working/sticking. FYI: it's 4" in diameter so you would need a 2" clearance from the center of the lock to the door frame WHEN IT'S CLOSED. Time will tell, but so far, I'm good with it!

I love my door halo. This is actually a replacement for the original one I had that stopped working after almost a year. However due to the warranty they replaced it. So now I have my 2nd one. Just love them!

I like it very much. It lights up the keyhole. It makes it much easier to unlock the door. Suggestion perhaps a stronger magnet would make it adhere to door longer. I've had it fall off several times. It still works. I just put it back on.

This is THE BEST money I have ever spent! My late husband always laughed at me for having nightlights in every outlet in the house. The Door Halo is just awesome and I have empty outlets again! I still have a few nightlights because I just do not like total darkness. Thank you Door Halo for such an awesome product!

I Love the product! It illuminates the entire door zone and not just the keyhole. The ONLY issue was that I had to buy some gorilla glue to glue the little magnets on back of the Door Halo; the little magnets would not stay on. Had to use metal magnetic ring because it would not adhere to metal door.

I actually have all 4 on the same 2 doors (for coming and going). I live in an older home that the light switches are in odd places. The back door is where I enter from my carport (no back porch light and sensor light is inconsistent) and the door that my Pup goes out to potty. This has made such a huge difference for us to quickly and safely to go in and out! I love it! Easy to install and set up as well!
I prepared myself for this to be a cheap “one of this again” wasted purchases. I was totally wrong!! I love it!! Fits perfectly around door key frame and actually looks cool!! It is much easier than fumbling with my phone to find the flashlight on it!! I have it on sensor so it only turns on when you walk up to it and it gives you plenty of light and plenty of time to get in!! Great price for a great piece of mind to know you won’t be standing in the dark fumbling with your keys and finding the hole to put your key in!!! My door is metal so it attaches by a magnet on it otherwise they send you a 3M sticker to attach if your door is wooden. Arrived very quickly as well.

Bought these for my parents, they use them on front door, laundry, garage and bathroom. My dad is an amputee and uses his wheelchair to get around. The light in the garage is super helpful to have a direct light to help light up his ramp. They have not recharged yet, but they are really loving the quality of the lights and that is hands free to turn on.
Bought 4 for my parents, they LOVE it! They are using it on front door, garage door, laundry door, and bathroom door. My mom has had a few srokes in the past couple of years and falls a lot-she wont use her walker:(, since using the lights for about 2 weeks, she said it has helped her feel more confident getting around with the lights turning on for her and she is not reaching out.

HALO never went into sensor mode even when it was dark, even after green light came on and stayed on for a few seconds. I tried following directions at least 3 times.

I failed to look at my doors first, only to realize it doesn't fit securely around my dead bolt just because of the way the door was made. I am thinking I will still place them right above the deadbolt, where they WILL fit and be able to still provide some light on the dead bolt. The product itself is great. My mistake came in not checking the doors out first!

Purchased the Door Halo light for when my daughter gets home in the evening. I had been leaving on the porch light but had complaints that the porch light attracted a lot of mosquitoes. This Halo light has been a welcome change, and lights up more than just one lock. I got one for my brother as well since he gets home late in the evening. It was easy to set up

The Door Halo is a great product. My son and his fiance work the night shift. It is pitch black when they get home. The porch light was no help and they had to try and unlock the door strictly by feel. Now they have no problem unlocking the door. I love it because I feel more comfortable about their safety standing at the door trying to unlock it.

They both stopped working after a month and I tried to contact the seller several times, they only replied once asking me to pay $9 for shipping on each one, when they originally charged me $5 for shipping on both. They have not responded to my emails since. Very disappointing to have two broken halo that pnly lasted a month

I got this product I was so excited to use it when I did receive it I charged it and it did not work. I’ve been trying to get a refund since Christmas and still haven’t gotten one so this is a thumbs down on product and Customer service.
